CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients, we ask that you please take note of the following cancellation guidelines: 1. 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. 2. Late Cancellations & Reschedules: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. 3. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. 4. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can arise, and in those cases, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. 5. Deposits: For certain services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. If you cancel within the 24-hour window or fail to show up, the deposit will be forfeited. Salon Policy: Children in the Salon For the comfort and safety of all our clients, we kindly ask that children only be present in the salon if they are receiving a service. We understand that this may be an inconvenience for some, but as a professional environment, we want to ensure that all clients can relax and enjoy their appointments without distraction.
